The Tinapa Hotel Calabar is owned by Tinapa Business Resort Limited and is part of the phase 1 of the Tinapa Business Resort that comprises of a mixed-use business and tourism resort in Adiabo, Calabar, Cross River State of Nigeria.

The Hotel is a 5 - storey concrete framed Structure on pile foundation. It is designed to accommodate 307 luxury rooms from the first floor to the fifth floor, while the ground floor accommodates the reception, bar, restaurant, offices, laundry and other services.
