With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, our teams of builders and civil engineering contractors have established ITB as the leading provider of top-quality construction services across the country. Renewal of ITB ISO Certification for another three (3 ) based on our Management and Employee’s commitment to International Best Practices in Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and the Environment.



LEED CERTIFICATE



HERITAGE PLACE, 21 Lugard Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos Nigeria has fulfilled

the requirements of the Lead Green building rating system certification established by the U.S. green building council and verified by Green Business Certification Inc. Leed 2009 Core and Shell Development.
