The Contract for the construction of the Ramada Hotel was awarded in June, 2011 with project duration of 24 months.
The work comprises the construction of a multi storey complex of 9 floors with a gross floor area of 15,700m².
The construction generally is reinforced concrete framed structure on pile foundation.
The electrical and mechanical facilities are top quality and include fire detection and fighting systems all in compliance with international hospitality standard. A central air-conditioning system is designed to provide a pleasant room climate for the guest.
All finishing materials are first choice to meet the standard of international hotel requirements and they include a mixture of vitrified tiles, specially selected marble and granite floor tiles, a combination of Mattochino and Listello ceramic wall tiles in toilets, stainless steel balustrade in public staircase and POP gypsum and Bulkheads for the ceiling.
