Stanbic IBTC Head Office “The Windsor”

Stanbic IBTC the project’s proponent, is building their flagship head office, dubbed “PROJECT WINDSOR,” on two parcels of land measuring 5,254m2 and located between 6F Walter Carrington Crescent and 7A Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue in Victoria Island, Eti- Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State.The planned construction will have a 12 stories office building and a parkade structure that will be connected at the first three levels (basement – second floor), producing a platform at the base of the structures.
